DFS Lineups for Week 7
Here is a podcast for fantasy football for tomorrow if you plan on playing DraftKings and/or FanDuel.
First off, HOW 'BOUT THEM COWBOYS?! We like Dak, Zeke, and Dez. All correlate well with each other, 49ers defense is not great, and these Big 3 players account for most of the Cowboys fantasy points. Given the fact that the Dallas defense is also not great, we expect a "wild west" shootout in this game.
Secondly, we need value if we pay up for a Dallas stack. Let's go with a Big Apple stack. That's right, the NY football Giants who have been decimated by injury. Still, there has to be players who will produce on offense and they are cheap. Those guys would be Orleans Darkwa and Evan Engram. Not exactly household names like those on the Cowboys but last week they performed well on the road against a tough defense. Seattle defense is also tough but the Giants are home and the Seahawks have to travel cross country.
We still need to save money so we find great value in Bennie Fowler and Zach Miller. No Emmanuel sanders so Fowler steps into the WR2 role. Miller is getting most of Mitch Tribusky's attention in the passing game.
We can pay up for a WR so we like Michael Thomas. He didn't have a good game last week even though the Saints put up 50+ points. However, the Packers' DBs are awful according to Pro Football Focus's rating which are legit. Thomas is still getting a high proportion of fantasy points for the Saints.
We end with defense/special teams and this time we are going to take the Jaguar out for a spin! It seems that every odd week that Jacksonville does well and every even week is mediocre. Well it's an odd week and the Colts offense is awful. They allow a lot of sacks and Jaguars rank #1 in that category. Sacks means points in fantasy football and the more you pressure the QB, the more likely he will make a mistake which can lead to turnovers or even TDs for the defense. The Jaguars happen to have two of the best cornerbacks in the game right now.
There you have it! Let's hope for 4-5X value with these players and that we take down a tournament!
